Targeting, Filtering and Data Validation
RexTrack can ensure that only qualified consumers see the right offers. Additionally, we can filter leads so you only receive qualified leads. Using validation questions, RexTrack will ensure that you only receive qualified leads. For example, if only males are desired, a validation question may be "What is your gender?" RexTrack only formats and delivers the leads that answered "male." We ensure that data is captured , formatted and delivered to you correctly.
RexTrack uses a third party verifier to ensure the data provided by the user is accurate. If, the information is not valid, it is scrubbed. Some third-party verifiers also triangulate data to ensure that the phone number, address and/or email address actually belongs to the user.
Several emails in sequence can be set up for a given campaign. Various triggers can be set to initiate communication including an open, a click and/or a conversion from the previous communication. We use a leading ESP platform that ensures your email is delivered.
Real-Time Integration and Reporting
Leads are sent from the lead form to our lead system within seconds and is then immediately passed to you. If that lead then produces a sale and your technology records the sale in real time, you can calculate the lead to sale ratio and monitor your ROI on a regular basis.
